The short version
Wright Plan is a drawing register and distribution service. Project creators pay a flat monthly fee per active project; everyone they invite uses it free. Your drawings stay yours. If you stop paying, your projects become read-only — nothing is deleted and nobody on site is stranded.
Wright Plan is operated by Wright Plan (Joshua Wright), Perth, Western Australia ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service at wrightplan.com.au you agree to these terms.
Wright Plan lets you upload construction drawings, maintain a revision register, distribute drawings to a list of recipients, and track who has opened what. Recipients view drawings through emailed links and do not need accounts.
Keep your sign-in details secure and your account email accurate — it is how we reach you about your projects and billing. You are responsible for activity under your account, including team members you invite.
Unpaid or cancelled projects become read-only: you, your team and every recipient can still view and download the current drawing set, and share links keep working. Uploading new revisions and sending notifications resume when the project is reactivated. We do not delete your data for non-payment.
Drawings and project data you upload remain yours. You grant us the limited licence needed to store, process and deliver them to the people you choose. You are responsible for having the right to distribute the drawings you upload, and for who you add to a distribution list or share a link with.
Don't use Wright Plan to store or distribute unlawful material, to infringe others' rights, or to interfere with the service. We may suspend accounts that do, and will contact you first where reasonable.
We work hard to keep Wright Plan available and your data safe, but we are a small service and do not warrant uninterrupted operation. Keep your own copies of critical construction documents — the download and register-PDF tools exist partly for exactly that.
Nothing in these terms excludes guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to re-supplying the service or refunding the fees you paid for the affected project in the three months before the claim arose. Wright Plan is a distribution tool: responsibility for the content and correctness of drawings, and for building from the correct revision, remains with the issuing and receiving parties.
You can delete a project (which permanently removes its drawings, files and records) or close your account at any time. We may update these terms; if we make material changes we will notify account holders by email, and continued use after the change takes effect means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
The short version
We collect what the service needs and nothing more. We don't sell data, we don't run ads, and card details never touch our servers.
To provide the service: hosting your register, sending drawing notifications and account emails, showing creators who has opened what, and processing subscriptions. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.
Your details were added by the person distributing the drawings, and we process them on their behalf to deliver notifications and record opens. If you'd rather not receive a project's drawings, ask the sender to remove you from their list — removal also revokes link access — or contact us and we'll help.
We use a small set of providers to run Wright Plan: Supabase (database, authentication and file storage), Netlify (website hosting), Resend (email delivery) and Stripe (payments). Some of these providers process data on servers outside Australia, including in the United States, under their own security and privacy commitments.
Data is encrypted in transit; drawing files live in private storage and are served through short-lived signed links, never public URLs. We keep project data while the account exists. Deleting a project permanently removes its drawings, files, recipients and view records; deleting your account removes your data, subject to records we must keep for tax and billing law.
We use local browser storage to keep you signed in and to let recipients skip re-entering their details on a device. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Email us to access or correct your information, or with any privacy concern: hello@wrightplan.com.au. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
